“I booked with the owner, Scott, and received all the information I needed up front, and great communication before our departure. Check-in staff were friendly, gracious, cheerful and helpful and we felt like valued guests. They got us in and out of McNeil River as planned and scheduled, despite some challenges beyond anyone's control or ability to predict. The ownership is keenly interested in their clients' experience and in setting themselves apart from other fly-in services. All in all, a professionally run organization and a great client experience. Would recommend!”
